Axial leaded ceramic capacitor include both monolithic and multilayer types to provide a wide capacitance of 1pF through 1µF. The class 1 temperature compensating (NPO) products can be used in circuits to stabilize frequency and temperature characteristics. The class 2 X5R and Y5V dielectrics are optimum for bypass capacitors.
Medium High Voltage Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor
This series of capacitors combines high capacitance values with medium to high voltage ratings. The range includes Class 2 capacitors in E3 series from 0.1~1.0uF in voltages from 100~630V. The ceramic construction eliminates migration and offers high reliability.
Ultra Small Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors
This series of 0201 and 0402 EIA case size components offer excellent decoupling and bypass performance in high density mounting applications and around high pin count ICs. The 0.6×0.3mm ultra small 0201 case size class 2 capacitors come in E6 series (100pF~0.1uF) while the class 1 temperature compensating 0201 capacitors come in E12 series (0.5pF~100pF).
